Every fall since 2006 the Ecology Action Center has held the Sustainable Gourmet, a fundraiser featuring gourmet local and organic foods, organic wines, and a silent auction of unique local items. The event highlights the idea that locally-grown, sustainable, and organic food can be elegant and gourmet.
