EAC Programs for Kids
Bug Bites
Children will find all about all sorts of bugs. Hands-on models and games
will demonstrate the differences between insects, spiders and other bugs.
Discovery Walks
We will go for a walk and discover plants and animals in a local park. We
will explore the woods and understand what the animals eat and where they live.
Early Birds
Kids will find out what makes a bird a bird with explorations of feathers,
nests and model birds. We will hear bird calls and find out how a bird flies.
Rainforest Adventure
We will explore the tropical rainforest without leaving home. We will find
out where rainforests are located and what life can be found there. Make your
very own rainforest craft.
Trees
Kids will learn to identify trees by shape, bark and leaves. We will also
find out what trees do for us.
Worm Works
All you ever wanted to know about worms and their importance to us. We will
meet our wiggly friends and see them make our garbage into soil.
Conservation Kids
We will learn ways kids can save the earth. Play fun recycling games and
learn about energy and water conservation. Kids can make a difference!
