GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION OF ISLWE

ADVERTISEMENTS AND SPONSORSHIPS

 

Sponsorship and Advertising Opportunities

Sponsorship Details: We are seeking sponsors to help underwrite the costs of the Expo which allows us to offer free admission to the public. Sponsors are essential to the success of ISLWE. In addition to monetary assistance, we also appreciate sponsorships in the form of donated products or services. Sponsors of the event will be posted on our website, as well as all media material for the Expo. See Sponsorship information for more details.

Program Guide: All ISLWE exhibitors, presenters, and sponsors receive a listing in the Program Guide, with reference to the ISLWE website for all contact information. The guide will be distributed to all attendees at the event and made available in web-based version at www.islwe.org.

DEADLINE:    MARCH 21, 2008

Ad Color:      Black & White only

Required Resolution:    300 dpi (600 dpi is recommended)

Graphic Format:    Any publishing software. Submit the original electronic file (not in print). If you use Word, convert it to a pdf file.

Important Note:   If we need to modify your ad, there may be an additional charge of $30 per hour. Quality decreases if we have to increase the size of your submitted ad copy. Therefore, if you submit ad copy that does not conform to the described sizes below, it may not be modified.

The program guide will be printed as 8.5” wide x 11” tall.

SPONSORSHIPS:

 CONTRIBUTORS are any amount from $100-$399. Contributors receive recognition through a Contributor listing in the ISLWE program guide and a Contributor listing on the ISLWE website.

SPONSORSHIPS are any amount from $400-599 and include your organization logo on all ISLWE event print material, ISLWE event website, and on back of ISLWE event T-shirts.

LEAD SPONSORSHIPS are at any amount $600 and above and include all of the benefits of the sponsorship plus a banner displayed at the event with your organization logo.
