Location: Illinois Wesleyan University’s Shirk Center , Bloomington, IL

Exhibitor Hours: Friday, April 11, 2008 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and
Saturday, April 12, 2008 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Set-up times: Friday 8:00 a.m. till Opening
Saturday 7:00 a.m. till Opening

Free parking is available at the Shirk Center. Exhibitors can unload materials at the loading area and park their vehicles at the far end of the parking area.

Exhibitor Applications

To register for exhibitor space in the Shirk Center Auditorium, please complete the Exhibitor’s Application and submit it with your payment. Payment in advance is required and is possible by Paypal or submitting a check payable to Ecology Action Center, 202 W. College Avenue, Normal, IL 61761.
Exhibitor applications must be received before March 14, 2008. Applications received after this date may not be accepted.

Cost for Exhibitor Space

This year we will be allowing exhibitors to set up their displays for either Friday, Saturday or both. As an exhibitor, your organization’s contact information and description will be listed on this website until the following year's event as a resource for event attendees.
