Exhibitor Information

 

To apply for an exhibitor booth, please use the online exhibitor application. All applications will be reviewed for relevance to the ISLWE theme. Those that are determined to be a poor fit will be notified immediately and fees will be fully refunded. Space is available on a first-come first-serve basis. Event coordinators reserve the right to reject any application and return registration fees.

Submission of the application is considered a commitment on your part to participating in this event if selected. Payment of booth fees must accompany exhibitor application submission for application to be considered. Payment made be made by check or by credit card using PayPal. If you withdraw your application after March 10, 2010, your fees cannot be refunded.

Deadline for application is March 13, 2010. Applications received after this date may not be considered.

We will not provide tablecloths or a name banner for your table; please bring your own. Booth space is approximately 10’ wide x 8’ deep. If you need a larger space and need more than one booth please contact one of the ISLWE coordinators. Each booth fee is for up to two tables. The two tables do not need to be the same size. For example, you may request one six foot and one eight foot. If you require additional tables please contact one of the ISLWE coordinators as there may be an additional fee.

Nonprofit Organization: $40
Small Business: (4 employees or less): $45
Small to Medium Sized Business: $85
Corporate: $165

Free parking is available at the Shirk Center. Exhibitors can unload materials at the loading area and park their vehicles at the far end of the parking area.
