LIHEAP

LIHEAP provides a one time assistance on energy bills. Eligibility is determined by income, household size, fuel type, and geographic location.

Ameren Warm Neighbor Program

To qualify for assistance the applicant must reside in Illinois Power’s service territory, have already applied for Federal and/or State Fuel Assistance programs and be in danger of losing their primary heating source.

Nicor Gas Sharing Program

This service is administered to an applicant as a one time benefit of $150 for their gas bill. Applicant must not qualify for government assistance (LIHEAP).
